The hotel scores well on location and staff courtesy, especially in the restaurant and in housekeeping.The room (#341) was clean and daily housekeeping was satisfactory.Comfortable bed.Excellent food.Well insulated rooms - this, being the wedding season, functions were going on in the grounds but the noise did not reach us.Pleasant poolside and courtyard (basically the space between the old and new blocks). This is the only open space at the hotel. Do not expect a vast expanse, though. There's just enough lung space to catch some fresh air and relax in.

Check-in was very slow. Reception seemed under-staffed to meet the holiday rush. The room seemed a little cramped, though adequate.The bathroom door (#341) was difficult to lock; the frame appeared damaged. Poor maintenance.Housekeeping took away a few pillows on our last day (probably during cleaning, and probably to meet a requirement elsewhere). Such things should not happen in a 5* hotel.The old block (where our room was located) had the most cramped lifts I have seen in any hotel. It was like a cage going up and down a mining shaft.

The staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast and dinner were very good with lot of options.

Both the lifts were very small and old.

This is a first rate hotel near to Aurangabad airport. Great facilities and fabulous staff

Security is a bit over the top but that seems to be much the same across all of India. It’s a fair bit out of town although I wasn’t that bothered by that.

Very good breakfast, very nice and kind people. The staff help us a lot with recommendations, taxis, places for dinner everything, always with a big smile. Good location.

The food was excellent, and the staff guided us to the local culinary which was excellent. Special thanks to the staff in the Chefs who took special efforts to understand our needs. And the serving staff who went out the way to make us want to go back to the hotel again.

Nothing that my family or I can think of. One thing will be to have the swimming pool bigger so that one can enjoy the pool during the hot days.

Ambience. Didn't liked lifts.Very small 4 fits with difficulty. No access contro in lifts

Buffet breakfast was very good. We had booked two rooms. We paid for two double rooms but some of the room amenities were for one person. There was some mildew around the tub.

Several calls had to be made before someone came to look into it but they couldn't do anything about it. There was some mildew around the tub. We had arrived early, just wanted to drop our luggage and go site seeing. The reception asked us to wait suggesting we go and have coffee/tea in the mean time. We thought it was complimentary but it wasn't.

Internet wasn-t working properly in the room

Property over all is very good and good location but the AC was pathetic and the bathroom facility were very bad . Also the main door of room was creaking very badly

It's an oasis in the midst of a very busy city. The a la carte Indian restaurant was superb and the pool was very clean.

Location close to airport. Good food. Lovely live music in the evening. Polite staff

my room door lock was stuck. It had to be opened, twice, with physical key. The property is aging and need renovation. The room has very old furniture. The bathroom needs to be renovated.

Spacious, well maintained room

Property was very visibly looking tired. We expected a much smarter looking property when we selected this over the Taj property. Our garden view room, for which we paid a premium was overlooking a small corner of the garden

Breakfast was excellent. Ample parking. Rooms were clean. There are no balcony which would have made the experience excellent.Dinner was ok. Staff was friendly, specially at restaurent.

Don't try for cheese cake which was awful.

Chef Rawat who runs the Sholla Restaurant made some exceptional local dishes with Brinjal, Fenugreek leaves and so on. Also the service by the service staff was exceptional. Overall a good well maintained property - nice and spacious.

In room the bathroom section was not good there is no outlet for water disposal at toilet section.water was accumulated in that area.

Only place that could offer me a room when all others were at capacity. Staff were excellent, food was delicious.
